So let me ask you here….
- How has the pandemic changed your perspective and priorities?
- What does it mean to have a compassionate culture at work?
- Who are you…..really? (Express your authentic self, separate from role, age, title, height, weight, etc. In essence, who is the “you” that you have always been and always will be?)
- How do you see the world changing in 20 years?
- What is blocking you? Describe an obstacle that has been hard to overcome or brainstorm what “gets in the way”.
- How do you live on purpose, by design, and for optimal joy?
- What brings you peace?
- What is your favorite activity? How often do you do it?
- Who needs your help now and why?
- What do you know is true?
Your answers to these questions raise your level of conscious awareness about yourself and the world around you. They also hold answers to the future for you, your family, your workplace, and your community. Individually, we become aware and that benefits us collectively in thought and action.
Do take time with these questions. Don’t rush, don’t judge, don’t avoid, don’t fear them. There is no right or wrong, only what “IS” in this moment.
This is not an inclusive list by any means. What other questions can you think of that will bring about clarity, compassion or contentment?
