“I believe in belief.” ~Ted Lasso

I believe that a belief in belief is an antidote to burnout. In fact, believing in belief can be called, the relief. No, I’m not going crazy or talking in circles.

Burnout is unmanagement workplace stress that becomes chronic and leads to disengagement, despair, and hopelessness.  Gone unchecked, it needs a solution that usually involves quitting.

There is another solution.

Leaders can restore hope by supporting a tomorrow that is better than today. But first, leaders need to believe. Believing in belief means we start by believing that things will be better tomorrow if we are brave enough to imagine a better future.

Here’s how. Leaders have the resources to ensure everyone in an organization is equipped with new tools to work well and take care of themselves. The tools exist. I teach these tools in compassionate coaching sessions and seminars supported by organizations for their employees.

Myth: Wellbeing just opens the door to employees wanting to not work.

Truth: When we are mentally well and undersand how to cultivate wellbeing in our lives, we are strong and our organizations and groups are strong.

Today, there is a need to combat confusion, overwhelm, and burnout.

I offer compassionate coaching to support employees and teams to be their best on and off the field of work.

  • Leaders and managers are burnt out.
  • Companies need to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Employees demand environments that support their whole being which improves their wellbeing.
  • Stress induced chaos and complexity in work and life has gone unchecked too long and needs to be addressed.

Together, we can tackle the future and return hope.  I believe that the gifts of recent suffering, and the disruption that is erupting in change, can be harnessed for our collective benefit.

I believe that we can do great work and be well. I think you believe too and that can return your hope. Let’s return hope to our organizations, groups, and community. Welcome to the future.
