Coach on Call 2021

Help Your Staff Find their Center with Center4C

A visionary program and innovative way to assist your employees.

Offer your employees a way to find clarity,

reduce stress, recover lost time,

increase productivity and create a culture of compassion.

Provide your employees with coaching to support them through difficult times or if they are in simply in need of creating more clarity, compassion, and contentment in their lives. Stress can cause sickness, absenteeism, conflict, and turnover. Overwhelm, distraction, and the speed of our culture is causing many to feel unwell. Studies show that creating calm increases stress hardiness, productivity, and living well. Coaching is an effective and positive way to enable more wellbeing which will positively affect your company’s culture. Mastering a mindset for resilience is possible in the face of adversity.

The Center4C is my coaching practice and my passion. I provide empowerment with a focus on awakening consciousness, growth, and alignment and offer many tools, techniques, concepts and perspectives to ease stress.

Employers pay a fee for a set number of coaching hours annually and they share information with employees that there are coaching sessions available if they are interested. This retainer can also apply to webinars/seminars or workshops, training and consulting throughout the year.

The coaching is personal, positive, compassionate and confidential conducted by me. Contact me for a full packet of information and a discussion on how I can best serve you and your organization.
