Connect with Fun.
Sit in Nature.
Cultivate Kindness at Work.
Read in the Sun.

The 2020-2021 winter feels like a it lasted a decade!

Summer is near and it is time to recharge.  What will you do this summer to feel like yourself again?

I will re-connect with people I love for long overdo fun and travel.

I will sit in nature to listen to the birds, feel my environment, and soak up it’s living energy.

My intention is to spread kindness and love wherever I go this summer, but especially at work.

As always, I will spend hours sitting by any body of water, pool, lake and ocean, reading books and soaking up the sun.

I hope you have plenty of fun, nature, kindness and reading in your life this summer. ENJOY!
