I hope you are enjoying summer!
Episode 43 of Find Your Center with Life Coach Kim Perone
In her poem The Summer Day, Mary Oliver tells us she knows how to be idle and blessed…. and then she asks us “…what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Profound and seemingly contradictory. We work so hard doing, doing, doing. We accomplish much, but it is important to be idle and blessed on occasion. After all, we are human beings, not human doings.
Tap into your being. Find moments of stillness and release all guilt about what you should be doing. If you do feel guilt, make sure you listen to the whole whole podcast on Doing Nothing is Something, episode 43 and enjoy!
Enjoy these mindful meditations this summer.
My meditations drop each Monday on the Slightly Unmeditated Podcast Channel! Here are links. My podcast in there under “FYC”. We are coming up on a year of episodes to celebrate!Walking Meditation
