I am so grateful for you! This blog has been a joy of mine for 5 years. It is one of the first activities I started when beginning business in 2015. I haven’t missed a month. Sometimes the readership is low and sometimes it is high. Sometimes, I get responses from readers and even a comment on how it helped them or the timing was just right for them to hear a certain message. Sometimes, admittedly, I heard crickets. Through it all, this blog has been my steady companion, joy, and outlet. It and YOU are great blessings in my life.

Many of you are clients or group coaching participants. Many represent workplaces and community. This year has been extremely difficult for so many and you are all, in some way or another, helping others. Your shoulders are broad and you have been plowing through to live your best life in the face of uncertainty.

Please know you are special, valued, loved, and appreciated. If you have a low day, or feel like you can’t shake the funk, simply spend some extra time to care for yourself. Today, could be that day….or tomorrow.

Yes, you heard me right. I want you to care ….for…you.  You caring for you. Not crazy. It’s necessary.

Breathe. Just breathe deeply for several moments.

Next, reflect on how amazing you are. I want you to spend time thinking about yourself and how magnificent you are, despite any perceived shortcomings you conjure up which need to be promptly put aside.

One more thing. Hug yourself. Give yourself a squeeze.

Breathe, reflect, squeeze….and repeat.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to receive my life’s purpose. You have no idea how deeply meaningful it is for me to do the work I do, to know you, and work with you.
