In September, we celebrated our first year in business. What once was just words on a piece of paper, has now become a practice and wellness center with clients and a following participating in life coaching, guided meditation, workshops and seminars on life’s issues, yoga, and half day retreats. Our business venture was preceded by a desire to live with intention –  to live on purpose… to live our truth. We had a concept that begged to be turned into action and we are extremely grateful for everyone who has participated in seeing the vision become reality. In 2015, we updated our own life plans to include our center based on our strong belief in the power of life coaching and wellness activities to enhance life.

The feedback we have received has been deeply meaningful and motivating for us. Our clients have confirmed that coaching has the ability to allow them to gain clarity, make conscious decisions, find compassion, improve their skills engaging powerful tools, reduce their stress, integrate conflicting goals, and enable them to create an inspired life.

We appreciate our neighbors’ excitement at having a wellness center in their town. We look forward to sharing our new programs with you in years to come. Thank you for sharing our information with anyone looking for coaching to reach their goals, navigate a life transition, create a life plan, find their voice, define success, or achieve contentment. We have so much more planned for the future including virtual programming, so stay tuned!

How can you live with intention? What does your best life look like? What does it mean to live your truth?

Here are a few guides to living with intention.

  • Think from the end. Envision your best life and see it as already in existence. Create a visual image of this life in action. Document the steps that would be necessary to realize this vision.
  • Notice resistance that comes in the form of “can’ts”, “won’ts”, and “I never…”  Examine and challenge those assumptions. Determine what might be blocking you.
  • Be an appreciator, not a depreciator. The world is full of critics. Be someone who lifts and encourages others. Do not forget to appreciate your own positive qualities as well.
  • Remember you cannot solve a problem by condemning it. Look for solutions and the lessons in life, rather than focusing on the problem itself.
  • Cultivate a state of gratitude. Focus on the many blessings that have supported you along your journey. Where you place your focus can be the difference between discontent and joy in your life.
