Take some time to note your successes, your losses, and aspirations. How will you grow this year? Will you feel better this year? How you feel matters…This is your life!

In the past two years I have seen unprecedented amounts of exhaustion and burnout.
Everywhere I went, I was appreciated for talking about burnout and wellbeing. Know that you can recover from or prevent burnout, and also that your wellbeing is extremely important – for you and for everyone in your life.
So, what do you need to do in 2023 to ensure your wellbeing? When it comes to burnout, these three things are extremely important.
1) Find Your Time…for real breaks, small ones during the day and of course larger breaks like vacation (even if it’s a “stay-cation”).
2) Find Your Focus….stop overtaxing your brain with multitasking. Exercise your ability to immerse yourself in different single tasks for varying lengths of time, and
3) Find Your Center…ground yourself in the present moment. From this place you handle everything better.
Wishing you all a happy and healthy new year! I hope to see you soon. Reach out any time for a 1:1 consultation, organizational assessment, or speaking engagement. Let’s collaborate in the new year.
